Before placing your order, you’ll be asked to provide a few details, including your pet’s name and your chosen background colour.
Once your order has been placed, please email your pet photos to:
Please make sure you provide a valid email address when ordering so I can contact you if needed.
For the best result, please send a clear, front-facing photo, ideally with your pet sitting and photographed in good lighting. You’re welcome to send 3 to 4 good-quality images if you’d like me to choose the most suitable one.
Please use PET followed by your order number as the email subject line, for example: ‘PET 02100’
If there are any issues with the information or photos provided for your order, I’ll be in touch.
Your finished portrait will be supplied as a high-resolution digital file.
Digital orders will be completed within 5 working days.
Your finished custom portrait will be professionally printed as an A3 art print and posted to you.
Physical prints can take up to 30 working days.
Please note that all portraits and prints are made to order, which is why these turnaround times apply.
Each portrait is created individually from your pet photo, so the final artwork will naturally vary depending on the image provided.
