Raisin Dog is a chunky hand drawn display font with rough edges, blocky letterforms and an intentionally awkward handmade finish.
Raisin Dog is for projects that need quirky, naive, playful and slightly silly typography with absolutely no interest in behaving nicely. It is bold, chunky and deliberately unserious, making it a strong fit for expressive branding, posters, packaging and maximalist graphic design rather than anything too clean or minimal.
The rough shapes and uneven construction give the font a slightly cut-out, printed or hand-painted feel, while the heavier forms make it especially useful when you need typography to carry the whole design.
This is an all caps font, designed for graphic designers, illustrators, artists, poster makers, branding designers, small businesses and Etsy sellers looking for something with more personality than a standard polished display font.
Perfect for:
• Posters and art prints
• Quirky branding and logos
• Packaging design
• Editorial layouts
• Album artwork
• Merchandise and apparel
• Social media graphics
• Product labels
• Stickers and stationery
• Creative campaigns
• Maximalist graphic design
What’s Included:
• OTF font file
• TTF font file
• All caps characters
• Numbers and punctuation
• Personal use licence
• Commercial use licence
Please note that Raisin Dog is intentionally handmade, naive and imperfect. Letterforms, spacing, proportions, alignment and overall form may vary throughout the character set. Rough edges, uneven shapes and irregular spacing are deliberate parts of the design rather than errors, and some manual kerning or letter placement may be useful depending on your layout.
Compatible with Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Procreate and other software that supports installed fonts. Canva Pro is required to upload custom fonts.
Webfont use is not included. Please get in touch if you need a webfont licence.
